Interactive exchange via e-mail

Describe your question or request clearly in the form below.

Within 48 hours of payment (weekends excluded) you will receive a personal response from Jon by e-mail, probably asking specific details. Make sure your e-mail address is correct. If you have photos, mention that in the form and Jon will indicate where to send them after he has read your question.

The fee for an interactive exchange via e-mail is $150.

Payment

If you select a credit card payment method, you will be sent to either Stripe or PayPal for payment. This assures that we never see or record your credit card information. Once that is completed, you will receive a list of links to Jon’s website articles that relate to your question to give you some appropriate reading before Jon replies to your question himself and an e-mail with a copy of your question. (Don’t you hate it when you send a question off in a web form and don’t remember what you did and didn’t say!). If you wish to pay by Check or e-Transfer, choose that payment and you will receive payment information. When payment is completed, your question will be passed on to Jon.
