Stanley tools has brought out a dual brad and staple gun. The small brads line up on one side of the gun, of course the staples come out U shaped as usual. As with most multiple purpose tools, it is not quite as good a brad stapler as a dedicated brad stapler, but for someone who mostly wants a stapler and the occasional use of brads, this is a great device.
