How do you cut odd shapes where although there may be a pattern to your work, the cuts seem to be totally unrelated? The trick is to actually make a "pattern jig" and then find a way to marry the pattern to your wood and then copy the pattern while only cutting the wood, not your pattern.
This can actually be done on a production basis if you like.
